Well, considering how far out she has it, and typical recoil of a gun, using where she is holding as the center of what will likely be an arc, the gun shouldn't hit her in the foot. No guarantee mind you, but I'd place her odds of not being shot at better than half. Granted the probability of debris from either the ground or shattered bullets hitting her legs is far likelier though.
